PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Upon authorization and verification of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Once payment is verified, please note that changes or cancellations within this timeframe are not possible. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests.

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing normally takes 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Pre-ordered items may require additional processing time—refer to our preorder page for specific details. If items are prepared within 24 hours of your order, they can be shipped the following day.

SHIPPING DELAYS
