Return Policy

We understand that complete satisfaction is crucial, and we're disappointed if you're not entirely happy with your received items. Our return policy allows you to return items in new condition within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, kindly contact our Customer Service team with details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. We'll respond within 24 hours, and we appreciate your patience. Please note that cancellations made after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 15% Handling fee.

Upon receiving return instructions from us, please ensure that you pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

It's essential to notify us before directly sending back items, as parcels sent without prior notification or an authorized return address will not be accepted. We do not recognize addresses on the parcel as approved return addresses.

Typically, returns are processed within 5 business days after receiving the package, and refunds are issued to your Paypal or Credit card. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Cancelation

For order cancellations, a full refund is possible before the product is shipped or produced. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are shipped.

Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is due to a consumer's reason, the shipping fee is their responsibility, based on the chosen express company.

If the return is prompted by our error, such as damaged or incorrect goods, the consumer is not required to cover the shipping fee.

We don't charge any restocking fee for product returns by consumers.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected. You'll be notified of the approval or rejection, and if approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
